Wonderful Meal

I went to eat bah-kut-teh (Pork Ribs Soup) with my boyfriend last week. The pork was tender! And it's great when you eat with tea and chilies together with it. Commonly in Malaysia, we eaten with rice and often served with strips of fried dough. Dearie complained to me that the tea was bitter. Of course we should eat bah-kut-teh together with chinese tea for less oily result. But I think next time we better serve bah-kut-teh together with hot chrysenthemum tea. ^_^
